"Pen-Style" Power Curing Light (LED-P)

• Pen-style, cordless, high-performance LED dental curing light

Purpose:

•  Used by dental professionals to polymerize (harden) resin-based light-cured dental materials

Features:

• Pen-style design:

• The slim, lightweight (155g) body is easy to hold and access difficult areas of the mouth

• Corded or cordless use:

• The unit runs on a rechargeable lithium battery but can also be connected directly to a power cord if the battery runs out during use

• High intensity:

• It provides a light output of about 1,400 mW/cm², allowing for a fast, 5-second cure of most composites on the market

• Polymerization:

• The unit uses a 5W blue LED that produces a wavelength of 440 to 480 nm to polymerize materials containing camphorquinone (CQ)

• Removable light guide:

• The glass light guide can be rotated 360 degrees for optimal positioning

• Two curing modes:

• The LED-P offers a "Boost" mode for fast curing and a "Ramp-Up" mode for a soft start

• Compatibility:

• The unit is compatible with the full line of Vector light guides
