Application/Instructions:
- 1. Place lumbar pad on center of fabric inside of brace:
- 2. Release outer elastic straps:
- 3. Wrap main elastic band around back and attach in front:
- 4. Fasten outer left elastic strap (black inside) to black on main elastic band:
- 5. Fasten right outer elastic strap (blue inside) to white on other outer elastic strap:
